This seller’s home is in Kissimmee close to the Poinciana area, and they wanted to sell it quickly. Their house required a lot of work to get it ready for sale.
The tile flooring in the bedroom was cracking everywhere, particularly in the living room. The kitchen cabinets were in rough shape and the bathroom tile in the master shower had been painted “RED”.
