But that was just the beginning. The lingering scent of smoke in the house required immediate attention. To tackle this issue, we decided on a complete repaint, but not just any paint. A special sealer was chosen (our go-to product Rustoleum’s Zinsser BINS 123) to not only cover up the smoke smell but also to provide a fresh, neutral canvas for the future tenants. It was a labor of love, and with each stroke of the brush, the house began to shed its old skin.

Remodeling a property is more than just fixing what’s broken; it’s about breathing new life into a space. With the flooring completed and a fresh coat of paint transforming every room, we then moved on to sprucing up the bathrooms. The house was then ready to embrace a new family.
